About Flower Walls NYC
We own our inventory, we install it ourselves, and we take it away afterwards. That is most of what separates a good rental from a stressful one.

What we do
Floral backdrops, built for real New York rooms
Flower Walls NYC rents luxury floral backdrops, arches, photo booths and custom signage for events across New York City. Everything we send out is our own — built, maintained and installed by us rather than sourced from whoever has stock that weekend.
That matters more than it sounds, because a flower wall is only half a product. The other half is getting it into a Midtown building with a booked freight window, or a Brooklyn warehouse with no in-house event team, or a Queens hall that has ninety minutes between two parties. The wall is the easy part.
So we plan for the building, not just the room — panelled walls that fit a standard service elevator, certificates of insurance where the venue requires them, and install windows agreed with your venue before the day.

The collection
Forty-eight walls, and custom beyond that
The stock collection runs from all-white and deep greenery through to black, true ombré and full-spectrum colour — enough range that most events find something without needing a custom build.
When they do need one, we build to brief: colour-matched florals for brand activations, unusual dimensions, layered panels and curved forms, and walls that carry signage edge to edge.

About our service
Do you own the walls, or do you subcontract?
We own and maintain our own inventory. The wall in the photograph is the wall that arrives, and we do not substitute once a booking is confirmed.
Which areas do you cover?
All five boroughs and the wider tri-state area. Most of our work is in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, and we also cover the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut. Give us your venue and we will confirm coverage for your date.
Is delivery and setup included?
We handle delivery, installation and breakdown ourselves on every booking — you never transport, assemble or dismantle anything. It is quoted separately from the wall rather than bundled into the rental price.
What kinds of events do you work on?
Weddings, proposals and engagement parties; corporate events, launches, brand activations and press lines; galas and fundraisers; and family celebrations from baby showers to quinceañeras and milestone birthdays.
