Hotel ballrooms and event floors
Midtown and Upper East Side hotels almost always route deliveries through a service entrance with a booked freight window. We work to the hotel’s schedule and their banqueting team.
Luxury floral backdrops delivered and installed across Manhattan — from Midtown offices and Downtown lofts to hotel ballrooms on the Upper East Side.
Delivery quoted separately, by venue address.
Manhattan is the hardest borough in the city to install in, and the one we work in most. The rooms are smaller than the photographs suggest, the freight elevator is usually the only way up, and the building — not the venue — sets the rules about when you can load in.
That is why our walls are built in panels. A wall that reads as one continuous eight-foot backdrop in your photographs arrives in sections that fit a standard service elevator, and goes together on site in one visit. If your venue has a tight corridor, a loading dock time slot, or a certificate of insurance requirement, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will plan around it.
Most Manhattan events fall into one of four venue types, and each one changes how we plan the setup.

Office towers typically require a certificate of insurance naming the building, and often restrict installs to before or after business hours. Both are routine for us.
SoHo, Tribeca and Chelsea loft spaces give the most creative freedom — high ceilings suit taller walls and multi-panel runs, and photography lighting is usually already in place.
Rooftop installs need weighted, freestanding bases and a conversation about wind. We will tell you honestly if a wall is the wrong call for an exposed terrace.
Manhattan skews corporate and black-tie, which pushes most bookings toward the restrained end of the collection.
Delivery, installation and breakdown are all handled by our own crew — you do not transport, assemble or dismantle anything. They are quoted separately from the wall, based on your venue address.
Yes. Our walls are built as panels specifically so they fit standard service elevators, and they assemble on site into a single seamless backdrop. Send us the venue name when you enquire and we will confirm the approach before you book.
Yes. Most Manhattan office towers, hotels and managed buildings require a COI naming the building and management company. Send us the requirements from your venue and we will issue it ahead of your load-in date.
Yes. Many Midtown buildings only permit deliveries before or after business hours, and a good number of our corporate installs happen early morning or in the evening. Tell us your building’s freight window and we will work to it.
Our Arctic White and Greenstreak walls are the usual choice, because a logo or step-and-repeat pattern stays legible against them. For evening events and galas, Ruby’s Red and Ebony photograph particularly well under warm lighting.
Send us your date, venue and event type and we will confirm availability and send a written quote.
