A branded wall gives press and guests a consistent, on-message background for every shot taken that night.
Branded backdrops for launches, conferences, press lines and holiday parties — built to your brand, installed around your building's rules.
Delivery quoted separately, by venue address.
At a corporate event, the backdrop is not decoration — it is distribution. Every photograph a guest takes and posts carries your brand with it, and a well-built wall means your logo is in frame every time rather than cropped out of a badly lit corner.
That is a different design problem from a wedding. The wall has to be quiet enough that branding reads cleanly, wide enough for a press line or a group, and neutral enough that it does not fight your brand palette. We build for the photograph, not the room.
The other half of corporate work is logistics: certificates of insurance, freight elevator bookings, union buildings and after-hours load-in. That is routine for us, and it is usually what separates a corporate vendor from a consumer one.

Registration backdrops, keynote staging and sponsor walls that carry logos legibly at distance.
Wider formats built for photographers working from a fixed distance. See step-and-repeat backdrops.
December books out early. Deep reds and greenery photograph best under warm evening lighting.
Anniversaries, new premises and internal celebrations that still need to look externally presentable.
Booth backdrops that pull traffic. Freestanding, so no fixing to the venue’s structure.
There are three ways to brand a floral wall, and the right one depends on your budget and how permanent it needs to look.
For all three, a plain ground works better than a busy one. Boxwood hedge is the default for a reason.
Restraint wins here — the wall should support the branding, not compete with it.
Sponsor walls, trade show booths, conferences and street activations — each one built, delivered and installed by our crew.
The parts that decide whether an installation happens at all.
Naming the building and its management company.
Elevator bookings and loading dock times, agreed with the venue.
After-hours and early-morning, where the building requires it.
Their requirements handled directly, where applicable.
Nothing fixed to walls, floors or ceilings. No make-good.
Your AV, production and catering teams, so the timings line up.
Immediately after the event. The room clears on schedule.
Yes. We produce logos, decals and custom signage that mount directly into the wall. For branding, a quieter wall works best — our Arctic White and Greenstreak walls keep a logo legible, where a busy floral or tropical-leaf wall would fight it.
Yes. Most Manhattan office towers and managed buildings require a COI naming the building and its management company. Send us your venue’s requirements when you book and we will issue it ahead of the load-in date.
Yes, and for corporate work it is often the only option. Many buildings restrict deliveries to before or after business hours. Tell us your building’s freight window and we will work to it.
We build custom walls to a specified palette for activations and launches. Send us your brand guidelines or hex values and we will tell you honestly how close we can get with real florals.
It depends on how many people you need in frame at once and how far back your photographer can stand. Press lines need more width than a single-person backdrop. Tell us the room and the format and we will recommend a size.
Regularly. We are used to working as one vendor among many, to a production schedule, with a single point of contact on your side. Send through the run sheet and we will fit into it.
Send us your date, venue and branding requirements and we will come back with a written quote.
