Most event problems are coordination problems. Three suppliers means three delivery windows to clear with the venue, three contacts to chase, and three people who each assume someone else is handling the power supply.
Booking the backdrop, the booth, the signage and the lighting together removes most of that. One crew arrives, sets everything up in the right order, and returns for all of it afterwards.
It also means the pieces actually match — the neon suits the wall it is mounted on, the uplighting is aimed at the installation rather than the ceiling, and the print template picks up the same branding as the backdrop.

Event rental FAQ
What do you rent besides flower walls?
Floral arches, photo booths, custom and neon signage, marquee letters, red carpet and stanchions, uplighting, rose petals, props and effects. Most bookings combine a wall with two or three of these.
Can I rent several items on one booking?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper and simpler than using separate suppliers — one delivery, one crew, one install window to clear with your venue, and one number to call.
Do you rent to event planners and agencies?
Yes. We work regularly as one vendor within a larger production, to a run sheet and a single point of contact. Send the schedule and we will fit around the rest of the build.
Is everything delivered and installed?
Yes. Every item we rent is delivered, installed and collected by our team. Nothing is collect-your-own.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as your date is fixed, particularly for Saturdays in wedding season and December corporate dates. Custom items such as neon need production lead time on top.
