Frequently asked questions

Everything we get asked most, answered straight. If your question is not here, call (347) 383-5851 and ask.

Booking & pricing

How much does a flower wall rental cost in NYC?

It depends on which wall you choose, the size of the installation and your venue, so there is no single price. Delivery, setup and breakdown are quoted separately, worked out from your venue address. Send us your date and venue and we will send a written quote — quotes are free.

How long is the rental?

A standard rental is six hours. That is the window the wall is yours for, and it is what a standard quote covers — it does not include our setup and breakdown time, which happens either side. If your event runs longer, tell us the timings when you enquire and we will quote for the extra hours.

How far in advance should I reserve?

As soon as your date is confirmed. Saturdays in wedding season and December corporate dates book out first, and the most popular walls go earliest. For a wall from the stock collection we can often cover short notice, so ask even if your date is close. Custom walls need roughly six weeks.

How long does a custom flower wall take to make?

Allow approximately six weeks for a custom wall. That covers design, sourcing the right florals and building it. We can sometimes deliver faster than six weeks, but shorter turnarounds carry a rush fee — tell us your date and we will be upfront about whether it is achievable and what it would cost.

Do you charge for a quote?

No. Send us your date, venue and event type and we will confirm availability and quote in writing at no cost.

How do I reserve a date?

You can check availability and reserve through our booking system, or call (347) 383-5851 and we will walk you through it.

Delivery, setup & venues

Do you deliver, install and take down the wall?

Yes — we handle all three ourselves. They are quoted separately from the wall rather than bundled into the rental price. Our crew delivers the wall, installs it before your guests arrive, and returns afterwards to break it down. Setup takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes. You never transport, assemble or dismantle anything.

Can you install in a building with a small freight elevator?

Yes. Our walls are built in panels specifically so they fit a standard service elevator, then assemble on site into a single seamless backdrop. Send us the venue name when you enquire and we will confirm the approach before you book.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. Most managed New York buildings, hotels and office towers require a COI naming the building and its management company. Send us your venue’s requirements and we will issue it ahead of your load-in date.

Can you set up outside normal hours?

Yes, and for corporate work it is often necessary. Many buildings only permit deliveries before or after business hours. Tell us the freight window your building allows and we will work to it.

Can a flower wall be installed outdoors?

Yes, on flat firm ground using weighted freestanding bases. Wind is the deciding factor rather than the surface, so for exposed rooftops, gardens and waterfront venues we will discuss it honestly before you book and agree a wet-weather plan rather than deciding on the day.

Do you fix anything to the venue?

No. Every wall and arch is freestanding. Nothing is screwed, taped or fixed to walls, floors or ceilings, which is what makes them workable in hotels, historic venues and managed buildings.

The walls themselves

How many flower walls do you have?

Forty-eight walls are currently in stock, ranging from all-white and deep greenery through to black, true ombré and full-spectrum rainbow. Beyond the stock collection we also build custom walls to a brief.

Is the wall I see online the wall that arrives?

Yes. Every wall in the collection is photographed as it actually is, and we do not substitute once a booking is confirmed.

How large are the flower walls?

Our standard flower wall is 8ft x 8ft — eight feet wide by eight feet tall. That suits most rooms and gives enough width for group photographs rather than just couples. We also build custom sizes, so if your space is unusually wide, narrow or low, tell us the dimensions and we will build to fit.

Can you match a wall to my colours or brand?

Often, yes. We can usually get close from the stock collection, and where a palette is specific we build custom. Send colour references — swatches, a mood board, brand hex values — and we will tell you honestly what real florals can achieve.

Which wall photographs best?

Walls with tonal variation photograph better than flat single colours, because the texture still reads on camera. Majestic, Mourning Cloak and the ombré walls are the most photographed. For branded step-and-repeat, plainer grounds like Arctic White and Greenstreak keep a logo legible.

Add-ons & extras

Can I add a photo booth to my flower wall?

Yes, and it is the most common pairing we book. Taking both from us means one delivery, one setup and one point of contact instead of coordinating two suppliers.

Can I add a custom neon sign?

Yes. Names, initials, a date or a company wordmark, mounted directly into the wall so both appear in the same photograph. Neon needs production lead time, so ask early.

What else can be added?

Uplighting, red carpet and stanchions, rose petals, marquee letters, floor graphics, custom props, confetti, cold sparks and fog. Our honest advice is to pick two or three that support the wall rather than booking a bit of everything.

Do you rent flower arches as well as walls?

Yes — circular, oval, half-circle and heart shapes. An arch frames you rather than sitting behind you, which is why it suits ceremonies and proposals while walls suit receptions and cocktail hours.

Events & coverage

What types of event do you work on?

Weddings, proposals and engagement parties; corporate events, launches, brand activations, trade shows and press lines; galas and fundraisers; and family celebrations including baby showers, bridal showers, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens and milestone birthdays.

Which areas do you serve?

We deliver across all five boroughs and the wider tri-state area. Most of our work is in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, and we also cover the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut. Give us your venue and we will confirm coverage for your date.

Do you work with event planners and agencies?

Yes, regularly. We are used to working as one vendor within a larger production, to a run sheet, with a single point of contact. Send the schedule and we will fit around the rest of the build.

Still deciding?

Send us your date, venue and event type and we will give you a straight recommendation, not a catalogue.
