Banquet and catering halls
Astoria, Woodside, Jamaica and Flushing have some of the city’s busiest catering halls. They often turn a room around between two events on the same day, so we work to a firm install window.
Floral backdrops delivered across Queens — banquet halls, catering venues, community spaces and the studio lofts of Long Island City.
Delivery quoted separately, by venue address.
Queens hosts more large family celebrations than anywhere else in the city, and it shows in what gets booked. Where Manhattan leans corporate and restrained, Queens bookings run to sweet sixteens, quinceañeras, engagement parties, baby showers and milestone anniversaries — events with big guest counts and long photo queues.
That changes what we recommend. A wall that has to serve two hundred guests over five hours needs to be wide enough for group photographs, not just couples, and colourful enough to read across a large room. Most Queens venues also have proper loading access and generous ceiling heights, which means fewer constraints than a Manhattan install.
Queens venues are generally more forgiving than Manhattan ones — but they run larger, and the timings are tighter between bookings.

LIC has become a genuine alternative to Manhattan for launches and shoots. High ceilings and real loading docks make it one of the easiest areas in the city to install in.
Queens is the most linguistically diverse county in the country, and its cultural halls host events across every tradition. We have set up for all of them.
For smaller Queens gatherings we can install a narrower wall or a single arch that fits a private dining room without crowding the tables.
Queens bookings skew celebratory and colourful, with a strong preference for walls that photograph well in group shots.
Delivery, installation and breakdown are all handled by our own crew — you do not transport, assemble or dismantle anything. They are quoted separately from the wall, based on your venue address.
Yes — catering and banquet halls are the venues we install in most often in Queens, across Astoria, Woodside, Flushing, Jamaica and Corona. Give us the hall name and your event time and we will coordinate the install window directly with their event manager.
For events with big guest counts, a wider wall is worth it — it lets whole families photograph together rather than queuing for one-at-a-time shots. Tell us your guest count and the room, and we will recommend a setup that suits both.
Yes, and they are among our most common Queens bookings. Our Pink Butterfly, Barbie and Rainbow walls are the most requested for these events. Many clients pair the wall with a photo booth so guests leave with prints.
Yes. Long Island City is one of the easiest areas in the city for us to work in, with loading docks and high ceilings that suit taller and multi-panel installations. We regularly install there for launches, shoots and corporate events.
Send us your date, venue and event type and we will confirm availability and send a written quote.
