Florals as lettering
The message built into the wall in contrasting blooms. Highest impact, longest lead time.
Custom, colour-matched floral installations built to put your brand in every photograph an attendee takes — and to survive a real New York load-in.
Delivery quoted separately, by venue address.
A brand activation succeeds or fails on how much of it leaves the room. Footfall is nice; content is the deliverable. Every attendee who photographs themselves in front of your installation and posts it is doing your distribution for you.
That makes the backdrop a media decision, not a décor one. It has to be striking enough that people choose to photograph it, on-brand enough that the post is recognisably yours, and built so your logo stays legible rather than disappearing into a busy floral pattern.
We build to that brief — colour-matched florals, applied signage, custom neon, and structures sized for the space you have actually been given rather than the one in the render.
This build used a dense greenery wall as the ground, with the campaign message picked out in white florals directly in the foliage, installed on a New York sidewalk outside the retail space.
It shows the three things that make a street activation work:
The message built into the wall in contrasting blooms. Highest impact, longest lead time.
Acrylic or laser-cut signage mounted into the wall. Clean, reusable across multiple events.
Your wordmark in neon set into the florals. The strongest option for evening and low light.
Logo repeated across the width for press lines, so branding is in frame wherever someone stands.
A wall built to your palette rather than branded on top of a stock one.
Branded print templates so your logo goes home in every guest's hand. See the pairing.
For applied logos, the wall should recede. These are the quietest, most uniform grounds in the collection.
Send the creative, brand colours and the space. We tell you what is achievable in real florals.
Wall built to palette, signage or neon produced, both checked before the date.
We work to your production run sheet, with COIs issued for the venue in advance.
Removed cleanly at the end of the activation, leaving the space as we found it.
Yes. Alongside the stock collection we build custom walls to a specified palette. Send us your brand guidelines or hex values and we will tell you honestly how close real florals can get — some colours match closely, others need a considered substitute.
Yes, several ways: an applied acrylic or laser-cut logo, custom neon, or a repeated pattern across the wall for press-line work. A plainer wall works best underneath — our Arctic White and Greenstreak walls keep a logo legible where a busy floral pattern competes with it.
Yes. We have installed for street-facing retail activations in New York. Outdoor installs use weighted freestanding bases, and we will give you a straight answer about wind before you commit to an exposed position.
Yes. We are used to being one vendor among many, working to a run sheet with a single point of contact on your side. Send the schedule and we will fit our load-in and strike around the rest of the build.
Earlier than a standard event, because custom colour matching and signage production both take lead time. If you are working to a launch date, come to us as soon as the date is fixed rather than once the creative is signed off.
We issue certificates of insurance naming the building or venue where required, which most managed New York buildings ask for. Street permits for public-space activations are normally arranged by the agency or brand, but tell us what is needed and we will work to it.
Send us the brief, the date and the venue, and we will come back with an approach and a written quote.
