Branded backdrops
Colour-matched walls with your logo applied, or built into the florals themselves.
One identity across the backdrop, the signage, the print and the photo booth — so everything a guest sees, and everything they photograph, says the same thing.
Delivery quoted separately, by venue address.
The backdrop comes from one supplier, the signage from another, the printed menus from a third, and the photo booth template gets made the week before by whoever has the logo file. Each is fine on its own. Together they look like four different companies turned up.
Guests do not analyse this, but they feel it. Consistency is most of what reads as "expensive" at an event — far more than any individual element.
Doing it under one roof means the greens actually match, the logo is the same weight everywhere it appears, and nobody discovers a mismatch at 6pm on the day.

Everything at your event that carries your identity: the backdrop and its signage, floor graphics, banners, printed collateral, labels and stickers, and the print template on a photo booth. The point is that a guest sees one consistent identity rather than several near-misses.
In print and signage, yes. In real florals we get as close as the material allows, and we will tell you honestly where an exact match is not achievable rather than promising it and disappointing you on the day.
Either. If you have brand guidelines and artwork we work to them. If you need the pieces designed around an existing identity, we can do that too. Send us what you have and we will tell you what is missing.
As early as possible — signage and print both have production lead times, and neon has the longest. A fixed date with rough artwork beats a perfect file that arrives late.
Yes. Applied signage such as acrylic and laser-cut logos is reusable, which makes it worth producing properly once if you run a recurring programme of events rather than a single activation.
Send us the brief, the date and your artwork, and we will come back with an approach and a quote.
