Estates and mansions
The classic Long Island wedding venue. Grand rooms and formal gardens suit large, symmetrical installations and paired ceremony arches.
Floral backdrops for Long Island weddings and events — estates, vineyards, country clubs and waterfront venues across Nassau and Suffolk.
Delivery quoted separately, by venue address.
Long Island weddings are typically the largest and most formal events we work on. Guest counts run high, venues are grand, and the ceremony and reception often happen in different spaces on the same estate — which changes how a floral installation should be planned.
Because the venues are spacious and access is easy, Long Island suits our most ambitious setups: full-width walls, paired ceremony arches, and installations that move from a garden ceremony to a ballroom reception during the event. Where a Manhattan install is a logistics problem, a Long Island install is a design one.
The defining feature of Long Island events is scale — both the venues and the guest lists.

North Fork vineyards call for a more natural palette. Our greenery-led walls and white-and-green combinations sit better here than saturated colour.
Formal ballrooms with established event operations. Straightforward to install in, and used to coordinating multiple vendors.
Stunning, and the most weather-dependent. We use weighted bases and will give you a straight answer about whether an exposed position is workable.
Long Island bookings are overwhelmingly wedding-led, favouring ivory, blush and greenery over strong colour.
Delivery, installation and breakdown are all handled by our own crew — you do not transport, assemble or dismantle anything. They are quoted separately from the wall, based on your venue address.
Yes, we take bookings across Nassau and Suffolk. Because travel distance affects scheduling, we ask for your venue and date up front so we can confirm availability and quote accurately. Get in touch and we will confirm we can cover your location.
Yes. Our walls and arches are freestanding and install on flat, firm ground with weighted bases. For exposed positions we will discuss the weather plan with you before the date and recommend a sheltered spot or a covered alternative where that is sensible.
Yes, and it is common at Long Island weddings where the two happen in different parts of an estate. We build the move into the run sheet so the arch is in place before your reception starts.
Greenery-led options work best in vineyard and farm settings — our Tailed Jay, Jasmin and Paris walls sit naturally against that backdrop, where a saturated colour wall can look out of place.
Send us your date, venue and event type and we will confirm availability and send a written quote.
